Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled session, you may request a one-time refund or credit transfer per session. After three such exceptions, the standard 24-hour policy will apply.
Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, the session will be considered a no-show and full payment will be required.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made after the allowed time frame may result in forfeiting the session credit or being charged the full session fee.
Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed services.
Prepaid Packages: All prepaid packages are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person or used at a later date but expire 3 months after the last use.
