1. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer gentle yoga, strength and mobility training, and private 1-on-1 sessions. Our services are designed for all levels and especially support seniors, beginners, and those recovering from injury or limited mobility.


2. Do I need to have experience with yoga or exercise to join?

No experience is necessary. Our sessions are beginner-friendly and customized to your comfort level, flexibility, and mobility.


3. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, we offer virtual private sessions via Teams or Zoom. These are ideal for clients who prefer to train from home or are in a different state. 


4. What should I wear to a session?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement is best. No shoes are required for yoga sessions, but supportive shoes may be used during fitness or mobility training if needed.


5. What equipment do I need?

For in-person sessions, we bring any necessary props (yoga mats, blocks, bands, etc.). For virtual sessions, we’ll guide you through what’s needed, and we adapt sessions based on what you already have at home.


6. Can you work with people who have medical conditions or injuries?

Yes, we specialize in working with seniors and individuals managing joint pain, limited range of motion, arthritis, and other mobility challenges. We specialize in athletes managing injuries and other challenges.


7. Do you provide services in assisted living or retirement communities?

Absolutely! It is Revive’s goal to regularly partner with assisted living facilities to provide on-site group classes tailored to residents’ needs.


8. How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website or email us. A calendar, intake form, and waiver will be provided for first-time clients.


9. What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. See our full cancellation and refund policy for details.


10. Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes, we offer session packages at a discounted rate. These are perfect for ongoing clients who want to stay consistent with their wellness goals. See the pricing tab for pack deals. 


11. How do I prepare for my first session?


We’ll send you a brief intake form to understand your goals and any physical limitations. Just bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing, and show up ready to move at your pace.


12. Is yoga safe for older adults or those with limited mobility?

Yes! In fact, gentle yoga is one of the safest, most effective ways for seniors to improve balance, flexibility, and strength when guided properly. All our sessions are adapted to each client’s needs.
